As someone who is a picky eater, I love a restaurant that is super clean, has super fast cooks, and serves the best Oreo smoothies. I went to this place called Flame Japanese Hibachi with some friends, and it is super easy to find because it is right next to the big grocery store named Fresh World on Liberia Avenue. I am a very picky eater, so I usually get scared of new restaurants.
But this place is perfect because the food is nice and savory. They make hibachi, which means they take meat, vegetables, and rice and cook them all up on a big, hot grill. I’d not like a lot of weird things mixed in, but this place is perfect because the food is excellent.
They also have sushi rolls, which are made of fish and rice. The sushi rolls cost $7.85 US dollars. I personally do not like this sushi at all, and I really do not like raw fish because I don’t like the texture. But if you are a person who likes sushi in general, I think you will think it is good. My favorite part was the boba tea and Oreo smoothies that they sell, which cost $6.40 US dollars. The boba tea has a nice milky flavor. I recommend the Oreo smoothies that they sell because they are really good and have a nice, moist flavor of Oreo cookies mixed with an icy texture inside.
The restaurant in general is very clean, and the inside looks totally new and shiny since it’s new. It is a really good place to go with your parents when you want savory food. The staff is very nice as well, and they even give you free samples to try since they just opened up. They care a lot about keeping it clean, so every second, the staff mops the floor to keep it shiny. The cooks are very fast at making the food, so you do not have to wait for a long time at the table when you are hungry.
A fun fact about the restaurant is that this building used to be a place called Lil Bowl. But, since they have better food now, they decided to change the name and call it Flame instead. It is a great spot to eat. The prices are just in the middle, and there are so many affordable options for kids and parents, and the food has a lot of good flavor.
For instance, the chicken hibachi is $9.85, the beef and shrimp hibachi is $10.85, and the salmon hibachi is $11.85. You can also get a Flame Combo starting at $11.85, where you get to pick your own meat. The boba tea and smoothies are $6.40 with lots of flavors, and they have fruit tea and slushies for $6.15 to $6.40. Sushi rolls are $7.85, little add-ons are $0.75, and a 5-count of chicken wings is $7.99. They even have a chicken bento box for $13.65, and a beef, shrimp, or salmon bento box for $13.85.
Even though I didn’t try everything, overall I give Flame Japanese Hibachi a big 8/10 because the food is yummy and the inside is so clean. This restaurant is located at 9522 Liberia Ave, Manassas, VA 20110.

I’m not a picky eater at all, I like a wide variety of food, but I do like Japanese food a lot. If I went here, I would probably try the chicken or shrimp hibachi. I would definitely try this, because I love exploring new restaurants.

I don’t consider myself a huge picky eater; I just think there’s some flavors that don’t really fit my taste. But I’d love to try Flame Japanese Hibachi, and I’d be really interested in trying the Oreo smoothie, sushi rolls, and/or the beef and shrimp hibachi.

I’m a picky eater also so finding a place that is actually clean and doesn’t mix weird things into the food sounds good. The $9.85 chicken hibachi sounds good and I would most definitely get the icy Oreo smoothie for dessert.
