As the OHS homecoming gets closer, spirit week has started to get everyone excited about the dance. The students were the ones who decided what each spirit day was going to be. The first spirit day, which was on a Monday, was Minion day! Some students went all out dressing up, while others tried their best to participate by wearing yellow. Some students painted their faces with yellow or purple paint, while others put a yellow shirt on with overalls. 

To prepare for Minion day some students went out to the store and got face paint, some even borrowed it from their friends. The students who participated in the day got ready at their houses, but some decided to do it at school. There were also some students who made hats that had minion eyes on them! Minion day allowed students to get creative and enjoy their first day of the week.
