Osbourn Robotics Team 1895, Lambda Corps, attended the FIRST Chesapeake District Timonium MD Event this past weekend.  After having some communication issues between the robot and the drive team, the team climbed the rankings, going from 30^th place all the way up to 3^rd place.  After an extremely physical weekend, Lambda Corps ended the qualification round in 14^th place (out of 36 teams) and entered the elimination round in the 7^th seeded alliance.

The mechanical and electrical teams did an outstanding job in the pits, and the scouting team did a great job in the stands feeding information to the drive team for their upcoming matches.  Based on the team’s performance at both competitions this season, Lambda Corps has qualified for the FIRST Chesapeake District Championship on April 6-8 at Eagle Bank Arena on the campus of George Mason University.
