Hidden Pictures is about  the main characters Mallory Quinn and Ted, a young boy and his parents. Mallory Quinn is  a young woman trying to recover from her past life. Mallory was an addict and has made a lot of mistakes. Mallory is trying to get back together after a troubled past; she meets Ted when she becomes his nanny for the summer. As time goes on of Mallory and Ted spending time together Mallory  notices that Ted started drawing strange and disturbing pictures.  At first she didn’t want to say anything to keep her job, but then Mallory starts to want to dig deeper and find out the backstory about the drawings. The book gets intense once Mallory uncovers dark secrets about her own past, as well as the sinister forces surrounding Teddy and his family. It has a really good plot twist, it includes a lot of details about the story. The book includes copies of  the pictures that Ted would draw.
